The refurbishment of the Greater included refurbishments to office space on Level four and on the Ground Floor as well as a new branch, cafeteria, entry foyer and meeting rooms. The project also involved the replacement of non-compliant soffit linings to Beaumont, Tudor and Williams Streets.
We enjoyed the collaboration of the selected products and how they all came together so well to produce the Greater Bank feel. Our team produced the highest level of quality and professional finish on this project, delivering it on time to what was a tight timeframe.
Products Used: Armstrong Ultima Ceilings, Knauf Echostop perforated plasterboard, curved bulkheads, large Himmel sliding glazed doors, large timber pivot doors, powder-coated glazed suites & doors with matching coloured hardware including 6 different powder-coated colours, wavebar acoustic sound barrier and Vitracore G2 soffits feature in this refit
